Ingredients

  • 280 grams of jackfruit or jackfruit 1 can of jackfruit
  • tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon of vinegar
  • tablespoon of water
  • large carrot grated or 2 small ones
  • red cabbage, in strips same amount as carrot
