- 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup papaya seeds
- ½ cup chopped white onion
- One tablespoon of honey
- Two teaspoons of mustard sauce
- Sea salt.
Beat in a blender and store in a closed container in the refrigerator. Use in salads or to accompany the meat.

- Three whole eggs
- 1 cup and ½ sugar
- One tablespoon of baking powder
