Ingredients
- 3 skimmed natural yogurts 375 grams of yogurt
- Four nectarines
- Three tablespoons brown sugar or panela
- Six tablespoons rolled oats
- 1/2 limón zumo
- One pizza canela
- One handful blueberries
- Fresh mint
Recipe Preparation
Wash the nectarines and remove the bones. We reserve a nectarine to cut into slices and chop the other three. Once chopped, we add the juice of half a lemon.
We add the chopped nectarines to the glass of a blender, the yogurts, and the panela or brown sugar. You can add more or less sugar depending on whether you like it more or less sweet. It grates me with little sugar.
