Egg and turkey baskets

Ideal to serve for breakfast, these egg and turkey baskets will allow you a start to the day with a lot of energy.


  • 3 slices of cold turkey meat.
  • 1 egg.
  • 25 grams of cottage cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion and bell pepper.

Cover three silicone molds (the kind used for muffins) with the turkey meat. Reserve.

For the filling, mix the cheese with the egg and the onion and pepper mixture, adding the spices last.

Distribute the filling in each of the molds and cook in a microwave at maximum power for 2 minutes or in a traditional oven at 200º C for about 15 minutes.

  • 4 eggs
  • ½ large onion, chopped.

  • 3 chives, chopped.
  • 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley.
  • 1 egg.
  • ½ cup low-fat cream cheese.
  • 1 small cup of oat bran.
  • 2 teaspoons of grated Parmesan cheese.


In a bowl mix all the ingredients until you get a paste.

With the paste, make medium-sized meatballs and place in a baking dish and table.

Bake the meatballs over high heat for about twenty minutes and serve.

Oatmeal Cookies

Delicious oatmeal cookies ideal to serve for breakfast or a snack.


  • 1 egg.
  • 3 tablespoons fine rolled oats.
  • 1 tablespoon of white cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener.


In a bowl, place all the ingredients and mix until a homogeneous mass is achieved.

In a frying pan place tablespoons of the mixture and cook one minute on each side, over low heat.

Remove, cool and store in a container with a tight lid.
