A healthy recipe
It is a healthy recipe since the ingredients are natural and healthy. Likewise, we can buy cashews yearly as they are dry fruit. The same goes for coconut oil.
You can also buy these roasted nuts. However, I prefer to roast them at home to leave them to my liking. Also, freshly roasted, they are easier to grind.
On the other hand, extra virgin coconut oil is ideal for giving creaminess to these recipes. You can also use another oil, such as extra virgin olive.
